“I ordered a few hard-to-get items from LUXBMX at very sharp prices. After about a week, I sent a quick enquiry asking for an update as the order had not yet been dispatched. Not only did they respond with an update, they also removed the freight charge as an apology for the delay. I was only enquiring, not complaining, so it was a really nice surprise and much appreciated. Great customer service and a very customer-focused approach from LUXBMX.”
