“I’m very pleased with my robe and even more impressed by the customer service that I received. I was sent a robe that didn’t match my expectations, and upon reading my review, the company contacted me to rectify the problem. Once I received the robe more to my liking, which was quite quickly, I am very pleased with its fabric and comfort!”

“I searched the Net for months looking for a luxury robe similar to one I bought at a fine hotel. Then, I found.this company with that exact robe. I bought two, and they are the softest, most luxurious robes ever! It's no wonder The Waldorf Astoria buys them for their guest rooms. Ordering was a breeze and I personally received a call from the owner who followed up with me upon my request; a lovely, very helpful person. Thank you, Kelly. These robes are the Real Deal.”

“This was given as a gift, so I do not have direct experience with the robe. As tempted as I was to unfold it and put it on; I didn't. As tempted as I was to keep it for myself; I didn't. I can tell you the weight of it feels perfect and the material felt great from the small touch I had. We've vacationed with a dear friend who can be known as Mr. Robe guy. At a nice hotel he jumps into the robe and enjoys it during the trip, so we thought giving him is own piece of paradise at home would be fun and thouroughly enjoyed! We ordered a Large for him, he's 6 ft 180-200 lbs.”

“The kimono robe was great, softer inside than I initially anticipated. The customer service, however, exceeded my expectations. I was worried about shipping in time for my anniversary and they responded in a timely manner and rusher my order to meet my date. I can recommend them for the product quality and the customer service.”

“I’m so pleased with the robes! They arrived beautifully packaged and are more luxurious than I had anticipated. On top of that, I wanted to make a change on my monogram after placing the order. The team working on my monograms were prompt in responding and initiated with me and exchanged emails back and forth to make sure I was getting what I wanted. Excellent service and product!”
