“I had to cancel my trip just 2 days before I had to fly out, due to medical reasons. Spoke with Natasha K and she was so helpful and efficient, helping me contact the hotel due to the urgency. She even followed up within the same day and assured me she will be updating me of the progress. I am now given a credit and have a full year to select another holiday. This gives me the confidence to continue using Luxury Escapes for my future holidays. Thank you so much Natasha K!”

“I had some issues getting information confirmed via my email, but thanks to Vynka the problems were solved and confirmations received. Many thanks to Vynka who was always professional, proactive, courteous and friendly during all phone calls and email correspondence and for following up after the issues had been resolved. This is the first holiday I have booked through Luxury Escapes, but Vynka gave me confidence in the organisation and its business systems and I will continue to use Luxury Escapes from now on. “Jake L at Luxury was excellent in our dealings with Luxury Escapes. We love Luxury Rscairs abs the benefits it offers - and when our circumstances changed Jake l was very responsive and followed through for us the hotels . The responsiveness was comforting in a world of lack of in your time of need when travelling . Thank you Jake and Luxury Escapes I have already recommended LA to friends .”

“Vynka was amazing! She reached out to us just moments after booking in our hotel through Luxury Escapes to let us know about an additional service that we were eligible for! Very prompt and super lovely - we had never used Luxury Escapes before so were skeptical but the service so far has been amazing and I feel really comfortable booking again! Xx”
