“Tanmie provided such fantastic service to assist with an accommodation incident. She continued to communicate with me and keep me constantly updated throughout the incident. She was professional and caring and her service alone will ensure I continue to use luxury escapes as my travel provider. Thank you Tammie!”

“Wow, Vynka was so sooooo helpful with answering my booking enquiry today!!! And going the extra mile to make contact with the hotel for us. Just SO helpful!! Plus she put me through to the flights department where they saved me thousands!! Way cheaper than booking myself. Such wonderful service!!!”

“It took a while to have my call answered but once it was answered by Tammie R, I received excellent service. I was a bit apprehensive about cancelling one holiday and replacing it with another using the system myself and Tammie did the whole process for me. Much appreciated.”
