“I needed to change our booking to add on one additional night due to flight changes. Vynka was amazing and sorted everything including changing our transfers. She was friendly, listened and achieved the outcome with excellent communication. I can’t thank her enough.”

“I spoke with Lisa B in regards to adding an extra night to our stay and booking the day for our Field of Lights Tour. She was amazing!! She explained the process of cancelling my current booking and then rebooking to add the extra night, and she put through the request in regards to the tour and told me she would let me know when they got back to her which happened. She was very friendly and knew what she was doing which is fantastic customer service. I would definitely recommend Luxury Escapes to people who are looking for a great holiday and where the customer service is great too. Thank you Lisa B, it was lovely dealing with you.”

“I was so very happy with my service. This was my 1st time using Luzury Escapes. Around the 17/6/23 I made a booking for Port Douglas myself online. I then realized that I had to change the dates for a different month. I contacted Luxury Escapes and spoke to a lovely man called Mohamad.A. He spoke very good english and was a gentleman, very happy in his voice nothing was a problem. He was perfect, he tried to get me a great price as I also had booked airline tickets with the 1st booking. Over a couple of days he emailed me to keep me up to date with what he was trying to achieve. I was very impressed with his courtesy and promp reponse. Thankyou, I will use Luxury Escapes again. “Excellent customer service. Many thanks to Lisa B. Top quality in every aspect. Listened to my request, progressed it and contacted me with the refund outcome details. We had a great time on our LE short break in New Caledonia , the price was good value and just had this one point to resolve. All other aspects were great and we will definitely use LE again. Thanks again to Lisa B for excellent customer service.”

“Once again Luxury Escapes have outdone themselves with their outstanding service. I have booked 11 trips with this company and each time the accommodation has been second to none and anytime I've made a request they have done their best to meet my request quickly and always with a positive outcome. On this occasion Brooke was fantastic with my request and went over and above to accomodate my request. Very grateful for wonderful service.”
