“Legendary service from Tammie R. My request was handled promptly, efficiently and within 24 hours I had an outcome. Tammie sent clear and concise emails of her intentions/actions, and kept me informed each step of the way. I use luxury escapes regularly and over the years there have been hiccups/life happens. But any issue has always been resolved, refunded, rebooked, whatever without any hassles. Helpful staff who provide excellent service. Thank you Tammie R and the team.”

“Mitch R was fantastic. He helped my family in the final process of booking our holiday as there was an error in our booking. Mitch quickly helped us out and solved the problem straight away. His Customer Service was outstanding, and his patience was appreciated as I had a customer come into our shop as I was discussing the problem with him...Great job Mitch!”

“Bipin K helped me today regarding a tour that was booked in 2022. Unfortunately, due to a medical issue, we cannot travel now. Bipin was very pleasant on the phone and emailed the necessary documents required by the Travel Insurance Company. Thankyou Bipin!”

“I needed to cancel my accommodation purchase I made with Deals.com and I received a prompt call back from Jake L. He was very understanding of my situation and processed my refund over the phone.
