“Vynka was exceptionally helpful with all aspects of the booking system and calmed my concerns almost instantly. She was VERY knowledgeable of the products and possibilitys availiable through the online platform. She took care of my concern without any problems and updated the hotels receptions of the changes made etc. Super work!!”

“Very happy with the package deal. Consultant Kam R was extremely helpful. When he couldn't confirm the changes to our accommodation on my call he subsequently sent an email. I was able to respond to that email and he promptly sent through updated itinerary. Thanks Kam!”

“My adviser on the phone - Jennifer C was fantastic! Great communication skills, very efficient and professional. I received a follow up email and call to handle my credit and cancellation query within 30mins! 10/10! I would recommend using Luxury Escapes for any travel bookings.”
