“Eric H assisted my husband and I in our request to have Jetstar give approval for my husband to take his mobility scooter on our flights to and from Bali. Eric H responded promptly with this request and arranged a positive result with Jetstar. We are very grateful to Eric H and Luxury Escapes . This will make all the difference to my husband’s holiday which we have booked to celebrate his 75th birthday. Luxury Escapes has never let us down!”

“Great fan of Luxury Escapes for many years. I was questioning the details of the shower on the bedroom we have booked. We needed a walk in shower. Sina L handled the request perfectly. Very happy”

“I recently booked a luxury escape to Bali which included one way transfer. I really wasn't sure if that was to the resort or from the resort. The lovely Madison G took my query and in a seamless streamlined process sorted it all out and organized the one way transfer from the airport to the resort. She confirmed it all via email in what seemed a matter of minutes. This greatly reduced my anxiety, as a solo over 55 traveller. Very very impressed with Madison G - professional, helpful, responsive and caring person.”

“I am so grateful for the excellent service from Natasha today. I had a difficult situation with a late cancellation request due to an emergency health situation. Natasha was so helpful, courteous and responsive from the beginning. She resolved my issue quickly and effectively and I am so relieved we have not lost the booking. “I contacted LE today via phone as my enquiry via email had gone unanswered for more than 4 days. I was put into a call back queue and it took all day but they did call me back. With our trip only 4.5 weeks away, I was so relieved someone finally called me! The associate Vynka was incredibly kind and helpful. Nothing was too hard for her and she resolved my issue within 5 minutes. She was very thorough and I immediately received all the documentation I was promised. We can’t wait for our first holiday with LE!”

“I needed help securing the same dates for two rooms at The Trans Resort in Bali on one of the Luxury Escape special deals. The person I dealt with was amazing and went to a lot of trouble to ensure we got the confirmation from the hotel. This involved a couple of follow up emails and I felt like she went above and beyond to assist us.”

“This is my first experience with Luxury Escapes. I was lead the team of 8 people. I have booked 4 room’s with 4 separate booking ID’s. During COVIC travel restriction, my 2 booking ID’s put on hold and the other 2 have been cancelled by the system default which was I don’t know what happens in the back ends. When the team has selected the travel date, I called Luxury Escapes, within few hours later Gavin S from Luxury Escapes called me back, I explained the situations. He has gone out with his way to assist me with my requested. As a result my 4 booking are now back online and active. Our trip to Khao Lak resort in ThaiLand is now ready to go. I would specially like to thank Gavin S and Brook for this excellent service.”
