“I spoke to Andrew L he provided excellent service. Amazing understanding of my needs and provided a quick solution. went above and beyond expectation Quick efficient, Webjet and Jetstar should get Andrew L to train their staff. Outstanding standing 5 Star service by Andrew L. Deserves a pay rise. Thank you”

“Andrew L help us to change the booking first time and was very simple. We also just finished a stay at Reef House in Palm Cove and absolutely loved it. Ther packages are the best.”

“I experienced excellent service thanks to Mikayla C's prompt response. We needed to rebook our restaurant reservation and Mikayla was able to liaise with the restaurant and resolve the issue for us in no time. Luxury Escapes have been very easy to deal with.”

“We booked our 3rd holiday with Luxury escapes. One escape in Hong Kong, one in Noosa Australia and this one in Thailand. All of our holiday has been exceptional. We did have a small problem about a tour booking but Kam R was onto it and sorted it out within 24 hours.. The tour itself was excellent. Jeje whose English of a high standard made our day even more enjoyable.”
