“I have used Luxury Escapes many times over the years and each and every time, the customer service I have received from their team has been absolutely wonderful! Just this week, I had a query about a package I had just purchased. Mikayla C was only too happy to help, and reached out to the hotel on my behalf to clarify some further questions I had. The communication was fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase further packages from Luxury Escapes in the future!”
