“I was very impressed with the exceptional service provided by Mikayla C from Luxury Escape. Mikayla was patient, asked plenty of questions, and was patient, genuine, and caring. “I was assisted by Lisa B tonight with some booking issues and Lisa managed to fix it in no time all. I had a lovely experience and Lisa was a pleasure to deal with. I have now booked and looking forward to my trip away. Thankyou for a lovely experience.”

“Needed to change a date on my booking. Being able to have a call returned and not lose my place in the queue is excellent. Mitchell R then resolved my issue and was exceptionally understanding and helpful. Luxury Escapes and Michell R deserve 5 stars.”

“I booked accommodation in Sydney and was not able to ascertain whether parking was available at the specific location. I rang LE and spoke with Mohamad A. He could not answer my immediate question but advised that he would research and respond to me. He did and provided an answer within a few hours. He even went further to inform me of local Wilson Parking arrangements. Mohamad was very helpful and extremely courteous. Thank you.”

“Yesterday I rang LE to inquire about 2 bookings which I had recently made but were not appearing on my account. Although initially a bit baffled himself, eventually Mohamad A was able to shed light on the problem and he found the bookings and resent them to me.to me. Mohamad was most accommodating and patient as we worked our way through the problem. Great customer service. Thank you Mohamad A!”

“I am very impressed, not only with fantastic packages and prices but the best customer service from a lovely lady named Bella M. Bella M went above and beyond to help with the package, answered all questions and nothing was too hard. The support you receive is not only with the purchase but the entire process. “We had a problem with not being able to use our bookings over Covid. Then we overlooked the timeframe to make use of our credit with so much happening. We contacted LE and within an hour or so we had a reply and a wonderful outcome from Jake L. Luxury Escapes have provided us with some wonderful opportunities with their packages. They are always there to help. Thank you all and especially Jake L.”

“I had the pleasure of dealing with Mitch R on the phone and then via email re an email change and a date change. Mitch has emailed back and forth and has been extremely helpful, only being held up by the resort in Thailand not getting back to him in a timely manner.
