“Tammie R was my consultant today - and as with all LE staff she was great - however, we had a technical problem with the Credit Card and Tammie ensured she followed up and continued following up and that all was fixed and completed without me needing to make any additional calls. I know sometimes you need to wait a while to get through - but I would prefer that and have highly professional staff that provide true customer service - well done!”

“I recently had to cancel my booking (less than 72 hours before the booking) and Marina B was very efficient in proposing a solution and helped with the cancellation of the hotel and confirming the new date to use my Luxury Escapes credit”

“Lisa B was very efficient, professional and personable in trying to help me resolve my issue. I would like to add that I don’t think it is a good business practice for you to advertise on your websites to “secure this deal with 20% deposit”, but then charge the full amount on someone’s credit card as a default. The default should be the 20% charged at the time of booking and if someone chooses to charge the full amount, that should require an extra step.”
