“Thanks to Mitchell R who was able to answer all my questions the other day. When you spend a large amount of money online without a face-to-face meeting it can be daunting. Mitchell R understood my need to cancel part of my booking and how best to arrange my rooms. Looking forward to spending my credits on my next Luxury Escape. cheers”

“I have just returned from the 15 day Korea and Japan Luxury Escape.It was enjoyable but there was a serious lack of luxury.Tomato Travel is the company who ran our tour.Most hotels were 3 stars and a lot of the time we were travelling on a bus with 32 fellow travellers.Some bus rides were 5 and 7 hours long- a lot of sitting.Our Korean guide was efficient but unfortunately our Japanese guide was not.The one day in Tokyo was very disappointing- a look at The Statue of Liberty for an hour,, aview from an observation tower, a temple and then a non functioning fish market.Sadly the tour did not get near a beautiful Japanese garden.Fortunately I had previously visited Tokyo.”

“I can only coment on the service so far as i am stil on the mainland. The booking went well, although i do not recall being advised how to, or what to expect when. Making my way by ferry. When i went to the ferry termanal i was adised to contact the island direct. When I did this Lisa indicated i would need to contact the ferry people direct. It was confusing to say the least. Lisa hung in there and handled my questions well. I just feel being advised how to transfer from the mainland when making the booking would help. Thank you, i look forward to enjoying my stay. “Luxury Escapes on the whole has always been easy to deal with, we changed the dates of our travel package with ease and any time I've called for support I have received great help, fast. No time wasted sitting on hold, I was put through straight away. Natasha was very lovely to deal with over the phone, and helped me with exactly what I needed. “Gregory W was very helpful in resolving an issue which arose just prior to us leaving for our holiday at Palm Cove. He didn't hesitate to do what needed to be done and contacted us as soon as he had completed the task. We have used Luxury Escapes in previous years and found the offers for long or short breaks have been ideal and good value for money. Coupled with staff who are polite and efficient, I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who takes up an advertised holiday offer. Regards Mike Haysom”
