“Hello although my escape was a disaster from beginning to end this was out of Lux escapes hands and Vynka from LE was outstanding in following up with Crown and establishing a refund. She was extremely helpful and touched base with me the following days to make sure all was progressing.”

“Our Muxury Escape at Centara Reserve Koh Samui was great. The property was as described and exceptional. As always resorts can be pricey so it was also great that within steps of the resort were excellent restaurants and massage options, and the main shopping strip wD only a short cab ride away.”

“Had an issue with a last minute booking change made by the airline leaving us with a 14 hour layover during our trip. Contacted customer service as I could not get through to the airline, and they handled it right away! Big thank you to Ruxandra (RUXI). She got us a solution within minutes!”

“We have been on a number of Luxury Escapes (LE) over the years and have always been pleased with our experiences. We were due to travel to Japan to experience another LE when my husband fell, broken his collar bone and while in hospital was diagnosed with pneumonia. I contact LE about 10 days before we were due to travel and they liaised with the accommodation provider to cancel our booking. We were offered a LE credit to the value of our cancelled accommodation - an outcome I am very happy with as I know I'll easily find another LE to experience. Thank you Cam (my contact at LE).”
