“In short wife fell pregnant. Unable to travel at time we booked. Refused full refund even though on selling our package and we gave them 6 months notice”

“Arrived at Hotel in NZ who were not very organised and did not have.room ready and then tried to charge for the room. Called LE from NZ. Spoke to Kam R who contacted the hotel and all was sorted . Thank goodness”

“We had an issue with flights being changed and spoke to someone with not much help. I then spoke to Andrew L who called back and sorted everything out. Wonderful service from him after initially being a bit disappointed.”

“Bella M was very polite and obliging in making inquiries on our behalf as to whether we could cancel a booking with one hotel in Bali and book into another one. Our request was refused by the hotel so we are disappointed but Bella’s service was very good.”

“What started out being a complex situation via Scoopon in cancelling my Bali holiday, due to unforeseen health issues, Marie C went above and beyond and resolved this situation with not only empathy and professionalism but also efficiency in getting me my deposit credit back, with much appreciation.”

“Mikayla C was extremely efficient and friendly as she assisted with a late cancellation of an accommodation booking. As my wife was in hospital at the time it was very helpful having Mikayla solve my problem whilst I distracted. I am very grateful and would recommend highly Luxury Escapes for anyone seeking a holiday”

“I had an issue when arriving in Hawaii with our accomodation part of the trip to no fault of Luxury Escapes, I had called luxury Escapes from Hawaii and spoke with a man (cam) although as stressed as I was just arriving in Hawaii kam had spent an hour with me re organising the whole accomodation for my familiy in which he did quickly, efficiently and done an awesome job, thank you kam and Luxury Escapes we are now enjoying our holiday”

“I love that luxury escapes are so flexible. We have used them several times when we go away. Recently we unfortunately had to cancel our upcoming accommodation and with it only a couple weeks away Greg W was so helpful. He was able to organise a credit for us to use at a later date! Would recommend to anyone.”
