“I made an error on my booking which was sorted out by NATASHA, K. She not only took my initial call, but followed up with subsequent phone calls to make sure all was in order. Natasha was very pleasant and reassuring and was a pleasure to deal with and certainly an asset to your company”

“Natasha K was absolutely amazing during a challenging time for us. I have been trying to fight for refunds for my terminally ill mother and Natasha has been the first provider to show compassion and actually understand our situation. She sorted us out and was extremely polite. Thanks Natasha, employee of the year!”

“My name is Christine and I have booked a wonderful holiday through Luxury Escapes. As we are leaving Australia in 4 days, I noticed a small discrepancy. To my delight, I had a call-back from a very professional agent from Luxury Escapes. His name is Andrew L. He was absolutely amazing and very professional. He rectified my small issue in no time at all. He has a friendly and efficient manner and I can recommend Andrew L to any potential travellers. He is excellent in every possible way and very proficient in his position in this wonderful company. He is a great asset :)”

“Vynka-Absolutely fantastic service. Whilst we often use LE, this time the service was exceptional. We somehow had lost one of our bookings, and it was only through the professional and unbelievable service by VYNKA that we managed to get the trips we were after I cannot speak highly enough about her support, and the professionalism of your company - LE”

“Tiasha E & Andrew L were extremely helpful and prompt in rectifying an outstanding credit which I did not use due to a trip cancellation during Covid. Unfortunately I had already booked and paid for a new holiday but were unable to regain my outstanding credit because I had forgotten about it when booking. My credit has been reinstated for use on my next holiday. Very prompt, hassel free service without all the red tape. Geoff”

“I received a call back from Luxury Escapes as the wait time sitting on the phone would have been very long.Tiasha E was very friendly and immediately found out about my request. I have two upcoming trips to Thailand resorts confirmed but had not received any emails regards airport transfers. Tiasha E sent emails to the resorts and I now have this all organised. She followed up with a friendly phone call to make sure everything was ok.”

“Wow Gavin S was kind and caring in helping me after the devastation in Vanuatu. I was unable to get a response from the resort. He promised to contact them and get back to me in half hour, which he did. We are so excited to be going on our Luxury Escapes holiday. Thank you again Gavin.”
