I had booked a package for my son last Christmas he had till 30 September to book and travel by end of December 2023 , when he went on to book a few weeks ago the rest of the year at the hotel was booked out ! I contacted one agent who sent me a link to other hotels in the area but the link didn’t allow us to book anything ! I had to ring back once again but thank goodness I did I sound with agent Ecclesia K'. he went above and beyond called his reservations team and within 24 hours my son was booked at our hotel of choice and the dates he wanted ! Thank you so much your customer service is second to none what an asset you are

Unfortunately I had to cancel my booking to Vietnam last minute where the accommodation was booked through Luxury Escapes. After my initial requests to Luxury Escapes customer support were not so responsive once I got onto Natasha K she was more than helpful and very responsive. Thanks to Natasha I will be glad to use Luxury Escapes again.

I am Unable to cancel Jetstar flights as I would not get a refund. Apparently due to the Terms and conditions of the airline which are pages long for anyone to read. When logging into the Jetstar website and adding my flight reference the message “ cannot cancel flights as booking is via a travel agent, which is Luxury Escapes. I booked the flights and accommodation thru the Luxury Escapes website. While making the booking flights there was no mention of cancellation and refunds policy for flights. Disgraceful, no wonder Jetstar and Qantas are in the doldrums at the moment and hearings commencing on the refunds by Qantas / Jetstar by the Senate.

Hi Arun, we're sorry to hear that you have had issues with your Jetstar flights. We can see that our Flight Support team did contact Jetstar on your behalf to see what options you had and unfortunately, you were on a non-refundable ticket. They did give you options to change the date of your ticket but we understand that this may not have been an option for you. The cancellation policy information for flights is available at time of booking via our website before the purchase is completed. This is under the fare rules for your chosen flight but we're sorry if this was not clear for you. We will pass on this feedback to our relevant Luxury Escapes teams to see if we can make this more clear at time of purchase. Kind Regards, LE

Josephine helped resolve an issue that we had with Ciconia Travel. LE should contact Ciconia and pass on that they need to pay attention and not assume the gender of clients unless they check the passports. This is not a small issue as it possibly could cause problems with flights etc. LS

Tammie R was very helpful in sorting out a refund for our accomodation, fixing it up within the day after we had waited a long time and had no response from others.

From the outset Luxury Escapes made booking our holiday really easy and as a result another couple also used them. However Luxury Escapes really came to the top of the pack when we needed to contact them when we returned home due to an issue that resulted in the hotel where we stayed. The consultant we have worked with Mr Will B, has ben magnificent and we are not only truly impressed by his actions and understanding we can not but sing his praises. We will definitely be using Luxury Escapes again and again.

Excellent customer service when I requested a change of date although the 21 day change time had passed by (1 day only). Luke M - Customer Service at Chadstone was very efficient and kept to his word when he said he would phone me. We are now going to Phillip Island a day earlier. Very happy.

I have not been on my trip yet but I am very disappointed with their customer service. I have sent them several emails, countless phone calls and received emails back from them advising that they will be in contact within 72 hours. My first contact with them was on 7 September 2023 and I still have not heard from them. My enquiry was a simple one and should have been answered within the 72 hours. Not happy Jan. I hope I will get a response after this review. They will have a record of all the times I have contacted them.
