“Since Covid began and I had to rearrange various Luxury Escapes, all the staff I've dealt with have been wonderful and very efficient at handling my numerous changes. The latest of these due to the flooding in and around Brisbane was last night with Will. He acted promptly on my circumstances and achieved the result I was hoping for. I have no hesitation in recommending Luxury Escapes to family and friends.”

“Your company is very lucky to have Nick M working for you. I have been spending hours waiting for someone to assist me as I am hopeless doing online until Nick got on the phone. He was so patient, pleasant and polite, step by step explaining, helping me cancel and rebook deal. As a new member of LE, he made me feel I am a real valued customer. Thank you again Nick.”

“I had to change my booking but could not do it online because of unforseen circumstances. I eventually spoke with one of the customer relations people Nick M who went to no end of trouble to sort out my problem and arranged for my booking to be rearranged to another time. I am very appreciative of his help.”

“Natalie was very helpful to deal with the hotels in Koh Samui and Bangkok on my behalf. Holidays, unfortunately I couldn’t go on. With her help I received a credit that I will be able to use on a different trip. Thanks again.”

“Nick was great but you have to give your team more support we spent hours n hours just trying to get through over several days being no.130 on a list of people being contacted is very disheartening especially when we are facing medical issues that require the change in booking Margaret”

“Customer service was amazing in such a difficult time. Korey went above and beyond trying to get me a credit after McGowan decided to keep the borders closed. He also kept me in the loop during the whole process and succeeded. The credit was received immediately with an explanation on how to use.”
