Natalie was able to book me in for the Mulia, in a blocked out period for a package that I’ve had in limbo for over a year!

Natalie is absolutely wonderful - SO polite, quick and so helpful. I have been having dealing with LE over the past couple of days re a couple of packages, and am totally delighted with what Natalie has done - LE has a ' keeper' there with Natalie !!!! Before Natalie, I dealt with Lucy and Mikaela, both of whom were also wonderful. Keep up the good work.

I accidentally booked 3 nights in Melbourne for the wrong month; I didn't realise I had done so until I received a Comment request! Having prepaid, I was very grateful when Natalie managed to secure a change of month for me without a penalty. I have been booking with LE for some years, including a family holiday for 8 people, and love the website and service.

Have never had a bad experience with Luxury Escapes, thoroughly recommend them. Amazing customer service, asked Natalie so many questions and she investigated and responded to every one. Hopefully we will be able to finally make it overseas!

Because of the illness of a family member, we missed the deadline to nominate a date for our hotel stay, which was then cancelled. We thought that we had lost the money entirely but Will from Luxury Escapes negotiated new dates with the hotel for us. We are so grateful for his prompt, courteous and professional handling of this situation. Thank you Will!

Raph was very helpful and was able to re-book our accommodation which we had to change previously due to health reasons. It was especially important to us as Raph was able to book this for my husbands birthday so it has given us something special to look forward too.

I have used Luxury escapes many times and love some of the great holidays that they are able to secure. I accidentally made a mistake with a recent booking. I called the Platinum help line and spoke to Natalie who very promptly sorted my problem. Excellent service- Thank-you

Will bent over backwards to assist us. After the cancellation due to flood and then the rebooking. This was essential for us as my wife was having surgery at Auchenflour. He (Will) responded promptly and professionally after each email I sent and he kept me up to date at all times, I have used Luxury Escapes quite a few times on past trips we have made both in Australia and Overseas, I will continue to use them in all of our future trips/holidays. I was very disappointed with other companies but with employees like Will Luxury Escapes are number one to my wife and I
