“Very happy with LE and Natalie D for allowing us to change our accommodation dates at late notice. due to family reasons we could not make the trip to the Gold Coast, and Natalie sorted it out and allowed us to pick another date in the future. Awesome service thank you Regards Mark”

“After 2 years of on again off again with Covid, we were able to finally book in our trip to Versace on the Gold Coast with Marcelle. She was awesome and would recommend to all. Great communication, quick and efficient. Pleasure to deal with. We have used Luxury Escapes a few times and will again while also recommending to family & friends.”

“Natalie D was absolutely fantastic. I made contact to change my booking dates and she went above and beyond to follow up with the accommodation provider and to keep me frequently updated along the way. I understand u have been flat out with issues over East, but the customer service I experienced was brilliant and greatly appreciated!”
