“When I arrived at my accommodation I found that two apartments had somehow been booked in my name instead of one. I immediately rang Luxury Escapes who put me in the line of callers and rang me back when my turn came. Nick M was so helpful and contacted the vendor straight away. My friend and I had decided that instead if asking for a refund we would request that the second booking be made for later in the year. Nick M contacted the apartment management with this suggestion, they immediately agreed abd the booking was made. I had the confirmation if this booking within 24 hours. Great service from Nick M and the vendor with an outcome that satisfied all involved. I'm more than happy with the service received, the timely manner in which everything happened and Nick Mrs help. Thank you to all involved.”

“Will. B provided excellent customer service, he listened to my issue which was credit that was due to expire as we had been unable to use it with 2 years of covid restrictions. Will was understanding of the situation and promptly extended the expiry date so we now have a chance to use it. Will was friendly and polite despite being crazy busy and it was very much appreciated. Thank you!”

“I recently had the opportunity of contacting Natalie one of your customer services reps she was able to alter my booking and secure me the accomodation I required even though i was outside of the expiry date without her help my booking and money would have gone down the drain tahnkyou thank you Natalie for stevie above and beyond Bruce & Iain”

“I have been a member of Platinum LE for some time now and have purchased domestic and international packages over that time. Up until now I have communicated with either Saskia or Lucy and their customer service was always exemplary. Over the last week I have had to make some changes and additions to my booking for August and I have had the great pleasure of working with Natalie. From my first point of contact I felt confident that once again I was in very capable and professional hands. She has been prompt and efficient with her responses and has attended to my questions and requests very effectively. I am very happy with the outcomes Natalie has been able to achieve for me.”
