“Had a fantastic Luxury Escape at Kathatani Phuket. Needed to change the date for our Phi Phi Island speed boat experience and Mitchell R was only too happy to help with 5 star customer service.”

“This is my third Luxury Escapes escape and I am again very impressed. I needed to make a late amendment to an escape just over 3 weeks away (which had already been changed once thanks to covid). Gavin S handled my enquiry and was prompt, courteous and informative in all of his responses. The reservation was re-booked with no difficulty - we are finally looking forward to celebrating our wedding anniversary! Many thanks to Gavin S and Luxury Escapes.”

“Vynka assisted my yesterday with changing my dates at the Novotel. Dates were not available but the only time I had off work to use the package. Vynka was fantastic. She managed to get the dates I needed and all so quickly. Thanks for great friendly service.”

“We booked our first family overseas holiday in Feb this year and were provided with excellent assistance by Rowah E - with regard to our special circumstances. She was knowledgable, patient & warm - we were extremely excited about our holiday. Unfortunately, my husbands health deteriorated unexpectedly in March (now a paraplegic) and with deep regret we had to cancel our holiday. Bella M has handled our cancellation quickly & compassionately and Fraser is currently assisting us with obtaining a refund from the airline. I would highly recommend Luxury Escapes, they have been warm, professional & kind. Thank you.”
