“I requested to change the dates of 3 future bookings & Bella M. made the process so easy with her efficiency in contacting the 3 resorts & obtaining the dates I requested. She also gave me options if one or all of the resorts were unable to make the changes.”

“I recently had a severe fraud problem with a mytrips organization. They were holding my flights hostage....told me that my booking was cancelled, yet did not cancel it with the airline so I could do nothing and was very leery that this company would cancel my flights while I was in a foreign country so I would be stranded. I contacted luxury escapes about my problem and asked if they could ask my resort if they would change my reservation dates. They did this for me within one day and received a favorable answer! Great customer service! Thank you guys!”

“We all love holidays but we also all know how stressful family holidays can be. I had an issue with a hotel reservation (through no fault of L.E) and Jake L resolved the issue within 20 minutes. Thank you so much. We can now get excited! :)”

“Very Pleasant experience with whole team!☺️ Especially Natasha K, she was very helpful and provided an excellent customer service. “I made a mistake on my original (non-cancelable) booking and somehow got the day wrong by 2 days .. initiated by prompt friendly and helpful service by 'Gavin S' the issue was quickly resolved. Gavin was the consummate professional and pro-actively initiated a change to get everything sorted. Additionally, Danielle on 'new sales' , who actually subsequently cancelled the old booking and set up the new correct one, was an absolute star too. We are very grateful to both members of your team who exemplify the finest standards of Luxury Escapes. We will definitely use your company again.”

“We had an extremely satisfying experience with the Luxury Escapes Team, in particular Lisa B. We had an issue with an upcoming booking we had made, where we needed to add another day to our hotel stay. Lisa assured us she could help with this even though the original package was no longer available. Lisa managed to cancel and rebook to include our extra day with same pricing and inclusions as the original package and we are just so grateful. Thank you so much Lisa!”

“Mitch R provided exceptional customer experience. Mitch clarified our enquiry ensuring that our needs were met while in Phuket Thailand in May 2023. Sadly the 3rd party provider ICS Travel were not as efficient or professional as the Luxury Escapes Customer Service Team. The VIP Premier Lounge and fast track experience at Phuket airport was anything but as the experience description detailed. No meet and greet or fast track through security and immigration. The lounge area had no air conditioning, very limited food selection, no cold drinks & very dirty toilet facilities. We literally signed in and walked out. Best to remain in the International Airport terminal find a bar that serves food and soak up the atmosphere.”
