“Had a fabulous result today and want to give a big shout out to Mohamad.A who went above and beyond the call of duty....he managed to get a change of hotel rooms for no cost when the hotel had quoted me multiple 100s of dollars! Very happy client..well done Luxury escapes and especially Mohamad.A”

“Thank you Luxury Escapes for the outstanding service we received by your agent Vynka. We missed our connecting flight with Qantas and within minutes Vynka had everything sorted. Contacted our hotel and rearranged our island transfers, supplied us with an insurance letter to help with refund. We have now made it to the resort and having the best time. What could have been a stressful matter was made much more easier thanks to Vynka.”

“Waiting to talk to a consultant took too long and was frustrating - however once we finally spoke to Vynka she was excellent! She was courteous and professional. She addressed all our queries and followed everything up to ensure all issues were resolve. Thank you Vynka!”
