“I had booked a four night stay for Bangkok. Due to a mix up of my travel dates to various cities I had mistakenly booked for April instead of the correct June dates. Marina B has efficiently rescheduled my date to June and information me promptly while I was in Tokyo. She has done a great job!! I am now awaiting the revised confirmation letter from Luxury Escapes of my new dates. Thank you Marina B. I have complete trust that she will assist to expedite the issuance of the new revised confirmation letter. Thank you.”

“After visiting a travel agent, I decided to book myself through the Luxury Escapes website, saving a considerable sum of money, in doing so I also messed up my return flights, had to call the Luxury Escapes helpline and spoke to Jennifer, who promptly assisted me. I received a confirmation email immediately with the updated return flights. Just looking forward to our holiday now.”

“Luxury Escapes never disappoint with their professional service and exceptional Package offers ..Im taking the family to Bali..and the Package offer was top class and inclusive of allot of extras.. Special point of recognition to "Kam R" from Luxury Escapes who was very prompt and accommodating with my bookings ..5 star service ...recommend Luxury Escapes Highly as my wife and I have used them extensively and they have never disappointed us.”

“Booking is really easy through luxury escapes. I had an query about credit and it was easily explained and solved quickly with Kam R. He even asked about previous holidays and seemed genuinely interested , really nice and polite. He also provided contact information for our next upcoming holiday.”

“We booked a great value packed holiday recently and had a few queries I wished to have clarified, regarding the inclusions. I received a call back within 24hrs, and was assisted by Mohamad A, who was extremely polite, funny and helpful; an example of great customer service, which unfortunately is rare these days. “Eric H assisted my husband and I in our request to have Jetstar give approval for my husband to take his mobility scooter on our flights to and from Bali. Eric H responded promptly with this request and arranged a positive result with Jetstar. We are very grateful to Eric H and Luxury Escapes . This will make all the difference to my husband’s holiday which we have booked to celebrate his 75th birthday. Luxury Escapes has never let us down!”

“I recently booked a luxury escape to Bali which included one way transfer. I really wasn't sure if that was to the resort or from the resort. The lovely Madison G took my query and in a seamless streamlined process sorted it all out and organized the one way transfer from the airport to the resort. She confirmed it all via email in what seemed a matter of minutes. This greatly reduced my anxiety, as a solo over 55 traveller. Very very impressed with Madison G - professional, helpful, responsive and caring person.”
