What was to be a dream holiday, turned into a nightmare ... seemingly without an end! I, too, felt like I would NEVER use, or recommend, LE to my worst enemies! Then along came Vinka. She is an Angel. Fabulous communicator and ALWAYS got back in touch. My hat is also off to Alex, who books flights. He too, has been a real pleasure. Two dream players in a team of very disappointing people!

We got Covid so couldn't travel. We called LE 2times before but the other consultants didn't help us, not even called back as promised so we were very disappointed and thought never book with Luxury Escape again. However when we tried 1 more time and lucky spoke to Andrew L. He is wonderful, professional and called back as promised and helped us to resolve the issue. Thanks to Andrew L, you're an asset to any company.

Just back from Amari at Koh Samui, great hotel so glad we were on a luxury escape with all the great inclusions, a big thanks you to Gregory W for all the organising as we booked this before Covid and had to rearrange everything for us, nothing was so to much trouble. Great extras and value for money, roll on our next trip with Luxury escape thanks 😊

Thank you Andrew L you were wonderful helping me today. I thought we were going to miss out on our family holiday as I couldn't get suitable flights to match the Luxury Escape Bali holiday that I'd booked for Sept 2023 school holidays. There's 19 of us so I'd booked multiple rooms to accommodate all the families. I'm not very tech savvy so I had to call and get someone to help me check that we could change the accommodation dates to match the flight dates and I have to say that I've probably had the best customer service I've encountered in a very very long time. Andrew was very professional and so very friendly, nothing was too much trouble and I'm so happy to say that Andrew L was able to change our accommodation dates so we are all looking forward to our first family holiday together, the whole 19 of us.

Love the boutique resort experiences - more regular options for families with inclusions would be great. It would be great to have payment options to make multiple instalments before the the due date.

This is a review regarding Luxury Escapes only… and only for our last trip. We have just returned from Ayana in Jimbaran. It was our most expensive Luxury Escapes trip to date. We have always found the people on the phone and Luxury Escapes to be very helpful. However before Covid, your call would be answered within a few hours. Now it’s 24 hours plus which does not help if you have a problem at your holiday destination. Our transfer from our overnight airport hotel to Ayana never arrived. A return transfer from Ayana to the airport last night was never considered by us because we didn’t trust the transfer company. We had no contact number to call the transfer company, although the transfer company had our mobile number. (We received no call from them.) Before we left for the trip, I spent many hours getting in touch with a Luxury Escapes representative who assured me we would be picked up at our airport hotel instead of the airport, the day after our very late night arrival in Bali. This was totally wasted time for me…. as well as the time wasted waiting for a transfer that never arrived. We have booked many holidays through Luxury Escapes but I’m reconsidering future choices simply because there now is no ā€œfastā€ contact when you need it.

Excellent range of luxurious holidays with amazing inclusions. Our most recent family escape was to Thailand, where we enjoyed a fabulous, all-inclusive holiday at Le Meridien Khao Lak. We have also had excellent value holidays to Byron Bay and Port Douglas. I highly recommend booking a great holiday through Luxury Escapes - lovely properties and outstanding value for money.

The Pullman is old and tired. Maintenance on the rooms is not evident. Power points are loose or not working, sink plug not working, toilet leaking onto floor. The air-conditioning is diabolical. The walls and bedding are constantly wet and the rooms smell of mould. There are notices in the rooms stating that the air-conditioning should not be set above 22 degrees otherwise condensation will appear. Most people in the hotel have complained about the air-conditioning and some (including us) have been moved to "dryer rooms". Our new room is one of their best suites and although much dryer than the previous room, the facilities in it show the same lack of maintenance. The staff are absolutely first class and must be commended for their efforts and attentiveness given that they can only deliver what they are given to work with and one could not ask for anything more from them. LE have advertised the venue as a 5 star facility, but given the current conditions here we would consider that rating to be false advertising and it should be re-rated to a 3 star facility.

I have refund issue of my Turkey trip. After sending several emails & watsapp, I didn’t get any reply. Until Jennifer C picked up our call & address the situation seamlessly. Thank you for your prompt action & we finally received our full refund.
