“I contacted Luxury Escapes a number of times to help resolve an issue with our holiday dates. No one was taking on the responsibility and said the option I needed wasn't possible. I was super impressed with Natasha K who took the opportunity to look for a solution work with resort and her internal booking system to find a positive customer outcome. She was accountable, delivered on the commitments she said she would and helped us find an amazing way forward. I couldn't recommend her enough . Thank you Natasha K because of you and you only will I use luxury escapes.”

“Called luxury escapes twice today spoke to Claire and Josephine, very helpful ladies. I’ve never had a problem with LE, always read the cancellation policy. Fabulous that Frequent Flyer credit can be used.”

“We sadly had to cancel a holiday and Tiasha E was so helpful and understanding and quickly made the arrangements for us to get a credit. It was a difficult situation for us and we were very grateful for her professional assistance.”

“The staff are obviously working like one armed paper hangars so they do take a little time to reply to email BUT once you have someone to talk to they are wonderful. Thank you Sina L, Jennifer C, and Portia D. All issues were resolved.”
