“Impressive service and a great outcome. Vynka was incredibly helpful in sorting out our cancellation due to serious illness. Nothing was too much trouble. She followed up quickly and was always friendly and professional. Vynka converted our cancelled booking to a "buy now, book later" voucher. Based on my experience I would recommend Luxury Escapes to anyone and everyone. You get amazing value and brilliant service!”

“Thanks Vynka B for understanding our request with customer service during our recent LE experience with Limo transfers in Cairns. Our issue was dealt professionally and swiftly. Whilst we’ve never had to raise our concerns with LE in our previous stays and experiences the customer service has ensured we will keep coming back.
