“First Covid, then my husband became ill, we rebooked once again and then he became hospitalized when we were due to have our break again . I reached out each time to Josephine S. advising what had eventuated and Josephine went over and beyond helping us to resolve our booking. So very pleased with the service . Thank you once again Josephine S .”

“great service helpfulness of our enquiry, politeness in dealing with us said she would get back to us sometime later but rang us back about 5 minutes later explaining everything was fixed up great service”

“we had to cancel holiday fo 2 people to Phuket and Kam R was so professional and got us a full refund in form of credit for 12 months he was a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to deal with David Smith satisfied customer”
