“Excellent customer service from Kam R. He answered all my questions and emailed the resort we had booked, to ensure airport transfers were in place. Our phone call dropped out mid conversation and he immediately called me back.”

“Danielle P at Luxury Escapes is totally amazing. She is 10 star. I had a few issues with my booking and within 24 hours, all resolved. She was in contact with me and the venue and we are all sorted in my favour. Amazing woman. Reliable, contactable - amazing.”

“Luxury Escapes offers some great travel deals; very glad they're still in business after the pandemic! Exceptional service provided by Mikayla C! She was extremely helpful in assisting me canceling a reservation and refunding the entire amount to my account. Thanks Mikayla!”

“KELSEY went to and above our L.E. expectations. She was prompt, efficient and, above all, very sympathetic and understanding of our situation. Her manner and assistance were excellent. I would definitely recommend that she is given a raise in salary, as because of our experience with Kelsey, I will most definitely be recommending Luxury Escapes to my friends.”
