“Cant praise Luxury Escapes enough. I have booked a couple of escapes and never had an issue even during COVID when things needed to be cancelled. This time around Bella M called me to follow up on an email i sent and followed it up immediately. Well done Luxury Escapes!”

“Natasha K was wonderful in helping me with liaising with the hotel to request for partial refund as I had to cancel my Thailand trip last minute due to my son catching COVID. She was extremely helpful, efficient and professional in her job. Her service was impeccable and above and beyond. I could feel her care and empathy over our phone calls and email exchanges. We connected like friends and I am very glad I was so lucky to receive such good help in a bad time.”

“I had an issue with downloading a Voucher number I had received from my FIL for my birthday , it would never open. I needed the Voucher number to be able to book in my voucher. I phoned Cudo's help line and was helped all within 10 minutes. As I wasn't the owner of the account it needed to be verified with my FIL which was handled instantly. Voucher number was received and I could finally book in my Massage!”

“Danielle P attended to my claim for a reimbursement of a Luxury Escape that had to be aborted due to the cyclone situation in Vanuatu. Danielle contacted the affected premise in Vanuatu and promptly processed my claim. We had a lovely conversation where it was obvious that Danielle had an excellent grasp of the circumstances and details that I had submitted.”

“I have recently returned from Koh Samui our second Luxury Escapes holiday. Both holidays have been fantastic with the best accommodation. I required assistance to book Thailand as having a few days in Bangkok. The assistance I received from Natasha K was terrific. She took the time to make sure we had everything organised at both locations. Calling me and checking up with an email while we were at our first location. I very much appreciated her assistance. Great asset to Luxury Escapes.”

“I needed help with booking two more rooms and adding them to my existing booking. Bella M went above and beyond customer service level by following up on her callback as promised with me and reassuring me that the sales team can book this for me. Bella also followed up with a lovely email to see how my bookings went making sure I was happy with everything. Bella's customer service was one of the best I have ever received. “I needed help to load my flight plans after they failed to save online. Jennifer was very helpful, she worked it through and double checked with me all the while.
