I have booked 4 rooms for the Maldives before Covid. Luxury Escape helped me reschedule my trips multiple times over the past 3 years, due to the restriction condition changes in different countries (the 4 couples travel from different countries). Now I have to cancel one of the room, Eric from Luxury Escape helped me to communicate with the resort. Thank you so much to everyone at Luxury Escape, you provide consistent good service, it is really a pleasure to book travel with you!

I needed to amend my booking which I was unable to do online. Rang up and spoke to Jamie L who was so helpful- she needed to contact the hotel directly but kept me in the loop via email the whole time so I knew what was happening, which was greatly appreciated. Issue was solved within a few hours and Jamie gave me a call to make sure all was ok. Great customer service!

I had great customer service from Bella M today. She tried to help with my request by contacting the property concerned promptly and although the outcome wasn't what I'd hoped for she tried her best.

I called today to book dates for our Bali package at the Mulia. I was welcomed by a friendly happy Vynka. What a pleasure to receive such helpful service. She discussed available dates and now can’t wait for our holiday.

The communication from Madison was exceptional. I first received an email stating they had accepted my concerns and then this was met within a week. I am grateful that transport will be available now for when we arrive in Bali. It has put our minds at ease so we don't have to get a taxi.

It was extremely hard to get in touch with luxury escapes to modify my existing booking. You advertise that there is a chat service with WhatsApp. This no longer works. I called and left two callback requests and it took two days to respond. I also tried emailing (twice) with still no reply. When I finally got into someone in a callback, they couldn’t help me on the spot and needed to get back to me. Four days later when I hadn’t received any response, I had to go through the process again of requesting a callback. This time it only took 24 hours to reply. This review is in way critical of Gavin who was very pleasant and actually got my issue sorted.

Bella M was terrific organised someone to help me with a question I needed answered in our upcoming trip to Japan. Within minutes of speaking with her I was phoned by Andre who answered all my questions was very happy with the result of my phone call.

I had a rather emotional situation leading me to cancel by holiday to Thailand . I spoke a Scoopon rep by the name of Lisa B . She was absolutely amazing . She showed me respect and empathy in a really difficult time . In my opinion she went above and beyond . This level of customer service shown by Lisa B should be applauded at your senior level . She even went as far as offering me a “virtual hug “ . Lisa B is an asset to your business and should be recognised . If ever I’m in the position to book another holiday , this experience will make sure you’ll be my preferred choice . Once again ,much appreciated Lisa B🙏
