“I had a query regarding one of my bookings. Brooke took my call, listened to my problem and followed up with my enquiry. Brooke stated that she would keep me informed which she did. The booking problem has now been resolved to my satisfaction. I had a number of bookings over a few years and have always been more than happy with the service provided by Luxury Escapes.”

“Lisa B was absolutely amazing to myself and my family today. I was very stressed as there was an issue with my booking. She phoned me and kept me constantly in the loop and then followed up again. As a manager of over 70 staff myself, Lisa is an absolute asset to your team. Her customer services skills are excellent. She was able to relate to my concerns and took it upon herself to personally rectify my major issues in a timely and professional manner. Thank you so much Lisa!”
