“Tamil R was extremely helpful with two previous luxury escapes bookings. One that had to be cancelled because of surgery and a credit given and the other where a letter was provided for insurance purposes because of a cancelled flight.”

“I was so stressed about potentially losing a booking I had made for the Mother’s Day weekend, as my mother has been called in to go in for surgery two days prior. Mitchell R was so helpful - nothing was too much trouble. He contacted the hotel on a number of occasions and managed to change the booking for me. Now my mum has something to look forward to. Thanks, Mitch.”

“I rang Luxury Escapes on the off chance that I could maybe still used an expired escape. Mitch R was extremely helpful and to my delight was able to get a refund credited to my account. It was such a relief for me as I am now ready to book my escape package. Mitch suggested if I was ready to book he could put me straight through to sales who would help me. Jasmine in sales was also extremely helpful, helped rebook the accommodation package and also airport transfers for me. Both these staff members were polite, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.”
