“I had extremely helpful, kind and professional assistance from Mohamad.A. in your sales team. He went above and beyond to be of assistance and was very prompt in sending email confirmation of my booking. Very impressive! I also had wonderful assistance from Nerida in your sales team. “Mikayla C and the whole team helped me through today finding lost emails , amending bookings ,making upgrades and generally fixing things I should have got right in the first place . “I was particularly pleased with the customer service provided by Gavin. I had made hotel bookings initially but then tried to follow up with a query to clarify the check in time. I found it rather frustrating to have a different person respond by email on each follow up but fortunately finally made contact with Gavin and he promptly assisted and called back as requested, to make sure that all had proceeded smoothly. He was extremely courteous and efficient and I was relieved to have his assistance, which provided some continuity.”

“I was assisted by Kelsey F who was professional and very helpful and has a lovely manner. It was a real pleasure dealing with her and I could tell she really wanted to assist me. Kelsey phoned me back promptly answering several questions I had regarding my upcoming trip. “My initial Luxury Escapes was not good. My accommodation had been cancelled unbeknownst to me and communications were going to an email i have never used.. I rang the luxury escapes number to check in on my holiday and was lucky to get Lisa B answering my call. She helped navigate the issue that had occurred and the multiple issues that followed with booking alternative accommodation. She also resolved the issues i had had with email communications and ensured i received all the documents with phone call follow ups and emails. My star rating is not for Luxury escapes organisation but for Lisa B. Her professionalism, care, attention to detail is to be applauded and was highly valued by me and I'm sure many other customers.”

“Jake L has really helped us today. My husband has to have heart surgery and he was able to sort out the cancellation efficiently. I can't thank him enough. I would definately recommend luxury escapes processes, procedures and Jake for helping us out.”

“Lisa B was extremely empathetic and helpful when I requested a cancellation refund just days before my booking at Bunker Bay. Lisa was aware that I had only recently booked the trip and as I became unwell just days before, she was very understanding of how very disappointed I was to have to cancel. Fortunately I did cancel, as later that day I tested Positive for COVID. Lisa promptly followed up with Pullman Bunker Bay and contacted me to confirm a full cash refund. After this experience I would not hesitate to book through Luxury Escapes again and will continue to recommend to friends. Thank you”

“Giving went above and beyond exceeding all expectations. He showed great empathy for my situation and was able to resolve my query quickly and with even a better outcome that I could have ever imagined possible.
