“We have used Luxury Escapes a number of times and have always found the staff to be friendly and extremely professional. My only complaint would be the excessive waiting time when contacting them by phone.”

“Danielle P. from customer service was awesome. There was an error made when booking and our reservation date was incorrect. One call to Danielle ad she handled the problem expertly and canceled/re-booked the correct reservation date and even saved me $50 to boot! Anyone can look good when everything is perfect, but an organization's true colors come out when there is a challenge/problem. This hiccup was handled smoothly. Three cheers for Danielle and Luxury Escapes!”

“I mistakenly spelt my partners name wrong on the ticket and even though we were in the uk and they are based in Australia, they couldn’t have been more helpful. Holiday was exactly as described and all went well. We had an amazing holiday at a reasonable price. Would definitely book again with them.”

“We had an issue with the standards of our original booked accomodation. The Luxury escape team, particularly Gavin S went about immediately to resolve this providing various options to ensure we still had a great experience with minimal disruption. This is very comforting when you’re overseas knowing that this organisation cares about your experience. I’ll continue to use Luxury Deals for my future holidays.”

“Due to personal reasons I’m unable to fly internationally at the moment. Ruxi was very helpful and was able to assist me in changing my package so I can still use it on domestic travel. Very easy process and Ruxi was very pleasant and happy to assist.”

“We purchased a 2 week stay at The Waikiki Beachcomber by Outrigger through Luxury Escapes back in November 2022 and used it in March this year. We had to change the dates due to Jetstar changing our schedules multiple times to the point where we eventually cancelled with them and rebooked with Hawaiian Airlines. Luxury Escapes made the date changes with them so easy and we had confirmation of it within minutes. The value included in the deal was second to none, yes, it was expensive compared to previous stays in Hawaii, but everything has gone through the roof there and this was still an excellent value deal compared to anything else we could find. We have used Luxury Escapes many times over the years and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.”
