“Danielle was absolutely fantastic with helping me rebook my husband and I’d cancelled Jetstar flight and accomodation to Bali. could not have done it without her help as we are not tech savvy! Such friendly and supportive service, Danielle did everything to help us and was a pleasure to deal with as she was very kind and friendly. Thank you again”

“A recent Holiday package booked early October which turned sour after JETSTAR cancelled the flight ✈️ and re booked on flights that didn't match our accommodation. A lot of time spent by your staff attempting to co-ordinate flights/accommodation was finally resolved. Special thanks to Paul (flights) and Gavin (Accommodation) for co-ordinating the booking, and also Lesley and Taylor initiated the enquiry, achieving a positive outcome. Hopefully our trip to Phuket goes without a hitch.”

“Am very happy with Luxury Escapes service especially Lisa B. We had a issue and she helpfully resolved it "above and beyond". Lisa went out of her way to also book the restaurant for us for dinner on our arrival..A++ Lisa!!”

“Danielle was fantastic! We wanted to change dates for an upcoming trip so she contacted the hotel to follow this up for us. We were kept in the loop throughout the entire process and the outcome was favourable thanks to her. Will definitely rebook with Luxury Escapes knowing they have staff like Danielle.”

“We have used Luxury Escapes for previous booking and given great value and service have used them again. This time, due to some unforeseen personal circumstances we needed to amend our booking. I wasn’t sure if this would be possible as travel fairly soon but we need not of worried. Fantastic communication from Gavin, very understanding of circumstances and it was quickly resolved. He went above and beyond. Thank you”

“We have been dealing with Madison G from the support team during a stressful time in cancelling our trip to Singapore. This was a last minute cancelation due to my husband's injury and inability to fly. Madison has been very helpful and efficient liaising with the hotel and successfully obtaining a refund for us for this we are very grateful.
