“Outstanding service received by your agent Vynka today. Upgraded our package, sorted out the transfers and emailed booking details within 10 minutes… Vynka was polite, lovely to speak too and I could feel her smile. Well done Luxuryescapes for employing a great staff member.”

“I have been endeavouring to log into Luxury Escapes for the past two days; unfortunately have been unsuccessful. Have called previously but still having difficulties. Until just now. I have been assisted by Vynka. After confirming my details, it took a whole 30 seconds and I'm up and running. Problem solved. Vynka is not only polite, knows her "stuff", but she's worth her weight in Gold! Thank you Vynka.”

“We had a mix up with the voucher not being visible and our group of six being at different tables initially. However up steps Jamie L and sorts it out. So grateful for your work Jamie L thank you very much We're all at the same spot now ready to enjoy a lovely lunch no doubt.”

“Andrew L was extremely helpful. I just love Luxury Escapes. We paid for our accommodation at Kingscliff and were to select dates at a later time and travel before 22/6/23. Personal circumstances meant we could not travel until July 2023. I was a bit worried we would lose our money but Andrew was more than happy to extend our credit for another year with no fuss at all. So happy with these guys and their deals are amazing. Our first point of contact for any holidays we book. Cannot recommend highly enough.”

“Gavin S offered fantastic service when I recently when I requested to change my booking due to an unexpected event. The service was exceptional. I have gone on a few luxury escapes and enjoy short work breaks. Great deals. Easy to book.”

“Had a problem when trying to book a hotel with my LE credits, emailed my concern. Once Gavin S understood the issue he sorted it out in no time. My booking was for the following day so I was very impressed with how quick Gavin was able to sort and complete the booking for me. Thank you so much Gavin!”
