“Vynka was very helpful in changing our booking in Bali. Due to our flights being changed she organised another night at the hotel for us. Updated our insurance and rebooked our pickup car. All sorted in a day. Vynka was very friendly, easy to talk too and followed up quickly with all details. Thank you”

“Booked a hotel in Melbourne with Luxury Escapes. Needed 7 days only 6 on offer with the special rate. Gavin came to my rescue and organised with Kelly to vary the reservation so 7 days were available. Great Service, prompt response with all my queries, showed very professional attitude and I particularly wanted to thank Gavin for his help and recommend Luxury Escapes for reservations. Many thanks Gavin”

“Had trouble reading the booking calendar today, but quickly clarified and remedied by Jennifer who then went above and beyond to assist my sister with her booking. Nothing was too much trouble and she was very courteous and patient. She's a keeper and deserves a raise. Thanks again.”
