“Kam R responded quickly to my request to increase the number of travelers staying at our accommodation and was able to resolve it directly with the property rather than me needing to cancel and rebook.”

“We unfortunately had to cancel our accommodation as our Airline had overbooked their passengers and we had no seats on the flight! 😢 Mikayla C was an absolute GEM with helping me re organise our accommodation for a later date. We were sooo saddened as it was for my birthday but Mikayla C went above and beyond to get the issue sorted. Thank you so much lovely for all your help and kind words”

“Cam R went out of his way to arrange an alternative date for our booking which had to be cancelled for medical reasons. He persevered by both email & mobile until alternative arrangements were achieved to our complete satisfaction. The property were generous in providing the alternative but Kam was the glue that made it happen,”

“I spoke with Jennifer who listened carefully about issues with the Hotel reservation and then sorted out my queries very efficiently. She promptly contacted me via the phone in a couple of days with the resolution, which was put in writing as well.”

“Firstly I would like to thank Vynka B for her outstanding service. I had been waiting days for a call back and follow up email and when she called me what a relief. Someone who totally understood, found my details within minutes, upgraded our booking and emailed confirmation. All resolved in 10 minutes. That’s what you call customer service. All caused due to our airline changing flights on us. She took away all that stress and the negative feelings I was starting to have towards Luxury Escapes. Thanks Sandra”

“I called them about 3 or 4 times. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and empathetic about my concerns. By far the best people I have ever dealt with for a vacation or anything for that matter. It is so hard to get good customer service today. I wish I could give them 10 stars. I can't thank them enough. Bella M and Anthony were just amazing and I'm sorry if I forgot to mention anyone else.”
