LycaFly Booking Experience I have recently booked flights to India through LycaFly and can honestly say that their customer service is exceptional from start to finish. Would highly recommend for anyone who is currently in the process of booking flights as the booking process is clear and concise with them.

Do not use this travel agent. They are scammers. Barely 20 minutes after booking, I called to cancel when I realised they swapped my destinations around and the price for the correct destination was too high. They charged me £250 to cancel a booking not up to an hour. If this isn't fraud, I dont know what is. And the fact that the fault was from the daft person that made the booking. Horrible people. I also found out that it is cheaper to book directly from the airline than booking from them.

Even not deserve a star. Cold blood. They call back after you paid then told you the price was increased. If you don't want to pay the different, they said it’ll refund within 3WEEKS because of the airline. but you will not gonna get back the money, impossible hold your money for that long.(see other reviews) Email for the refund no one reply. scam company. call the bank is the only way that you can do.

My parents have been having the same issue getting a refund from them. Due to the Jet Airways being suspended they asked for a refund back in April 2019. According to a statement by Jet Airways they had set up a web interface for travel agents to request refunds for their customers which a lot of people received refunds through having used a different travel agency. However Lycafly and their agents provide the worst service possible. Every single week my father went to the agent to ask about his refund and the agent just repeated the same each time, "awaiting from airline." Even all my emails have gone unanswered, and these emails were sent to multiple agents who work for Lycafly. Still no response from any of them. I have no emailed head office explaining everything and still nothing from them. At this rate my parents hard earned money more than £1600 will lose their money >: ( If anyone has any advice as to what I or my parents can do to take this further and help them get their refund, it really would be so highly appreciated and we'd be so thankful!

The most awful customer service I have ever experienced, very rude and hard to understand( very strong foreign accent), despite the fact that I asked repeatedly to speak slower, the man I spoke just ignore me, no manners at all, I didn't hear "please"or "thank you" even once. When I asked to speak with supervisor, the man just hung up. Outrageous!!!

LYCAFLY IS THE WORST..KEEPING HOLD OF YOUR MONEY FOR 2 MONTHS EVEN THOUGH AIRLINE REFUNDED TICKET AFTER 2 DAYS...THERE SHOULD BE A LAW AND AN INVESTIGATION INTO THIS COMPANY. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY ARE CRIMINAL IN THE WAY THEY BEHAVE WITH OTHER PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY AND SHOULD BE ACCOUNBTABLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS. TRADING STANDARDS WHERE ARE YOU WHEN WE NEED YOU?

By far the worst travel experience I have ever had. I would avoid LycaFly. There was a change to my flight and lycafly were no help. I am stuck in China on a 9 hour layover

I booked a flight at one price, paid online, only for them to ring me back a few minutes later to ask for more money as apparently they had, somehow, neglected to include taxes. They wanted another £124+. or I could have the flight refunded, which apparently would take 10-12 working days. So I would be out of pocket over £2500 for nearly two weeks. Hopeless, don't bother with them.

Just booked today flight to Bali from London for 8 people and noticed within 3 mins of receiving my confirmation email that the departure airport was Gatwick and the arrival airport is Heathrow. I rang them immediately to be told I should have checked my email and they can’t give me from same airport as that’s a lot dearer. The offer online which I originally saw was still there and I’m still no further with my plea. Although the flights are for August and I’d only paid a deposit of £500. They have tried to say it’s an extra £330 pounds. I decided to ring them back pretending to be someone else and they confirmed that the flight I originally wanted was available at the price I saw it for. I told them this is really me and that you’ve been luring to me they put the phone down on me. I’ve now notified the bank who will dispute my refund. Ps they are all Indian.

I wish I had read all these reviews before booking tickets with LycaFly. They're complete scammers. (I also wish these reviews were the first result on Google, rather than all the fake reviews posted on Trust Pilot) I purchased tickets for £515 to go away for an emergency. When they sent the tickets they had cut off the last two letters of my last name, making the tickets redundant. They even admitted I put my name in correctly, but that their system had 'changed it at the last second' (???) and that there was nothing they could now do. They were completely unsympathetic and said it would be a £100 name-change as well as a £174 fee to cancel and re-book. I simply couldn't afford this and they said the tickets were non-refundable, EVEN THOUGH THEY MADE THE MISTAKE WITH MY NAME. To me, this proves they're purposely scamming people. Entering incorrect details, trying to steal more money from you or making it impossible for you to get your money back. Please save yourself a load of stress, misery and money, and buy flights through a proper company.

I chose Lycafly for one reason since I'd got a marketing email from Lyca mobile. The cost was on the higher side as compared to Expedia. I've booked the ticket with type error on surname which was one letter. Requested the Lycafly to make a change first, they denied the change later requested me to pay £200 for the mistake of mine. I called airline company, conferenced them and explained the problem. The airline said they can change upto 3 chars in the name without any charges. Lycafly was yelling/threating at the airline to provide everything in writing (talking about some example which is not my use case) after long hours of debate, Lycafly is convincing me to cancel and rebook the ticket with £200 additions. I started begging them to attempt what airline is suggested. Finally, they stated me conditions which I agreed. After a couple of days, the team comes back and says pay at least £100 for admin charges. Big Airline company understands the problem which customer can make so there are no charges for it. Lycafly team mentioned me they will issue a new ticket. After paying this amount, they did not issue any new ticket same ticket was amended. This amendment was done a couple of hours before boarding. I ensured not to call them, else they will ask for more money or traumatize me. I spoke to a couple of team members before paying £100, everybody is scam artists who want money. I strongly recommend not choose this agent, the whole team is trained to act rude and suck customer money as much as possible. They will use all different options and tone to make a customer feel guilty and pay more money, they never ever provide different options or make me comfortable in giving suggestions. Based on this review, if Lycafly team comes back also the trauma gone through is big than anything else. I'd a very bad experience in my life, never had this experience with any service provider across the different business area. There is one person called Kim Gupta, who is rude to the core.

Where is the option for ZERO stars!! This company are a bunch of SCAMMERS working in cahoots with other companies namely Africa Travels - They all know each other and work together to steal your money. They are able to show bookings on BA.com website so that you believe it is official and then they drag the booking down once you have transferred your money to them. BEWARE!!! #BA.com have a lot to answer for doing business with scamming agencies. Still waiting for #actionfraud to take ACTION!! The saga continues.. I want to raise awareness so that others do not loose thousands of pounds like me!! If you have a story to share which is similar to this please email Namethatscammer@gmail.com and lets begin to collate this information. As we work together we can build a list of names which will help the general public and put a stop to such online scams.
