Great customer service, prompt answers to questions. Thank you Prashant for the help. Very kind and polite team. Considering with Covid situation all the industry is going through tough times, I am happy that I booked with Lycafly where I received full customer care. I had to change my dates due to the traffic light system over and over again. They were very helpful and patient. Great communication with the company via email or by phone. 5*

When booking the website was clear. I even received a phone call by their staff when I was completing the order, and the rep stayed on the phone to help with the transaction as I was booking the last two seats and they wanted to ensure the booking was successful.

I have recently booked flights to India through LycaFly and can honestly say that their customer service is exceptional from start to finish. Would highly recommend for anyone who is currently in the process of booking flights as the booking process is clear and concise with them.

My name is RAJWANT singh from peterborough. I want tell you all my brothers and sisters. Don't use lyca fly company. They froud.they big layer. They shouldn't be in UK base.i don't know who provided the atol licence for them.we r two passengers waiting for us refund money from last 8 month. They don't refuse. Every week we try to ring lyca fly. They have only one excuse we r still dealing your case.plz plz plz don't support this travel agency my no is 07966097528

Lycafly like many other travel agents are suffering reputation loss due to many airlines taking excessive time refunding customers for cancelled flights. The covid 19 crisis has inandated airlines with claims and often they are taking 8 weeks or more. Lycafly have kept me informed and updated and I'm confident are making every effort to progress my refund. I have booked with them several times before the covid pandemic and always had great service.

i booked flight to egypt and my flight cancelled. they phoned me and cut £400 from £2900 due the cancellation, although it is not my fault. the cancellation come through british airways

I bought ticket on line all goes through. Then 5 min later lycafly employee phones me and says payment not gone thru and have to rebook but now £20 more. No problem. I book the tickets. I then see on my credit card 2 payments to lycafly. They sold me the same tickets twice. Barclay card now sorting out. Othrr than that very simple

My mum got scammed, she had fake tickets booked and what's worse she was going India for my uncles funeral! Disgusting lycafly cannot be trusted

My stepfather was due to fly to Australia but sadly passed away before the flight. He paid £1500 for the flight. We were told last October that we would be refunded and still waiting. The last email we received stated they have received the refund from the airline but to receive the refund we have to travel to London to their office to collect it in cash. They state they cannot do bank transfer or send a cheque. We live a 6 hour drive away from their office. Do not use this company. Service is absolutely shocking. I have never heard of a company that makes you travel to the office for a cash refund.

I thought I was flying economy class, when I looked at the quote, I said to Bhevesh of Lycafly, how come no baggage, he said, he will sort that out after. Bhevesh came back saying, oh you would have to pay at the airport. I asked, why. I then realised, I was booked on economy light. Furthermore, I asked for a return date between 6-8th April, he booked 26th April. In order to change my return date I would have to pay £600, if I wanted to cancel it would cost me £540. Is this right. I had to report them. These people seems to be scammers.

I had booked my flight to Mumbai with AI via Lycafly, six months before my scheduled departure. Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic occurred just before my flight date, and I contacted Lycafly to find out about my options. The representative informed me that my flight had not been cancelled yet, and if it was cancelled, I wouldn't be entitled to a refund. They advised me to cancel my flight to receive a partial refund for the flight tax. However, I later found out that this advice was wrong. Had I not cancelled my flight and AI cancelled it, I would have been entitled to a full refund. The flight was eventually cancelled by AI, which Lycafly had expected. I only received a part of the partial refund that I was promised by Lycafly, and I have been chasing payment of £117.27 for the remaining amount. I have sent at least six emails and made countless calls to follow up, but I have not received any response from Lycafly. The last person I spoke to was Mark Jones, also known as Dushyant Mudgal. He promised to get back to me in 10 working days, but it has been six months since then, and I have not received any response, even after CC'ing him on emails. It is important to note that Lycafly did not cancel my flight, and they received a full refund, but only gave me a part of the partial refund that I was promised. This has been a pricey lesson. I would avoid this travel agent as they are CROOKS.

I had a terrible experience with Lycafly. When I booked a flight with them and realized I hadn't added my middle name, which is on my passport, they told me I had to pay £250 to add it. This seemed unfair, and they even suggested I borrow the money. After a frustrating conversation, they reluctantly agreed to do it for £100. However, when I contacted the airline directly, they said the middle name wasn't necessary for travel. It's clear that Lycafly was trying to take advantage of me, and their customer service was unprofessional and insensitive. I strongly advise against booking with them.

Their website is pretty useless for any modification. Over phone the changing flights charges are terribly higher.

Absoultely horrible company. My flight got cancelled and they still charged me 30 pounds cancellation fee and the guy said that they have to run their business. His name was Kuldeep Singh, such a stupid argument. You are chargjng me service fee for a cancelled flight. Avoid these cow boys and scammers. They got poor customer service abroad and the guys are not trained to do their job.

I called the LycaFly customer care regarding my flight reservation, i done a mistake of putting title wrong, instead of "Miss" i put "Mr",it was for my sister, just to change that small detail they charge me £100. I realize this just after 10 minutes of booking and they told me that it is chargeable,I have evidence of this. This is so unacceptable, thought there was no other availability i had to pay them for this.
