I purchased the shoes and found out a day later that there was a 15% promotion which I was unaware of because I went directly to the page that had my shoes instead of the main website page. I emailed Yoox.com and they honored the 15% off my purchase. I am impressed with yoox.com and am glad that lyst connected me to them. I love finding online companies that carry fabulous merchandise and is customer oriented. I look forward to future purchases!

“Good opportunity to find something one is seeking, however it would be beneficial to buyers to HIGHLIGHT the fact that returns for items not in stock are dependent upon the sender's return policies and not Lyst's. I did not care that a certain dress was on sale or not. I desired a specific dress. I found it on Lyst. It was on sale. (Great, but again not a priority.) It did not fit. Although I quickly scanned Lyst's return policy prior to purchase , I did not happen to see that this applied only to clothing in stock at Lyst's warehouse. The designer who sent the dress did not accept returns on sale items. Yes, in reviewing the policy again, Lyst does indeed state this but it could be more HIGHLIGHTED (boldly spelled out) for newcomers to be more aware for a more pleasant experience. The lesson for me is to read the "fine print" thoroughly prior to the contract, even when purchasing a simple dress. Thank you”

“I ordered an Anya Hindmarsh S sticker through your site and then ordered from elsewhere for two other letters to make up my husbands initials. I got the other letters no problem as promised by the online sites when ordered. Today I got an email from the site Nine In The Mirror stating that they did not have the S sticker!!!!!!! Why take my money plus shipping if they don't have it, the other sites were free delivery. Surely your computer systems are set up to detect when someone hasn't got stock or is it that by stating they did might attract me to their website, well I will not be wanting to risk shopping through your site again. I am left with 2 unusable stickers and no gift for my husbands birthday this coming Saturday.”
