“My Alexis Bittar Order just arrived and it was not packaged properly so that a pair of earrings was damaged. Yet I paid $25 for shipping. It should have been placed in a box and bubble wrapped, instead of a jewelry bag. These were not cheap earrings. I sent an email to return the item. Lets see how long it takes for them to respond. Very disappointed.”
“While it does not appear to be the fault of the folks at Lyst, I ordered an item only to be notified 3 days later that the item could not be located in the seller's warehouse. Why it's being presented as available in the first place then I have no idea. Very deceptive. Inventory should be monitored a bit more thoroughly than that I would think.”

After 24 hours of an unanswered email I managed to phone the original supplier to be told there was an issue with stock. Then I find they have cancelled the order and refunded the money with no notification whatsoever! Shocking!!!!!”
