“Needed a jumper asap and paid additional £26 to get it delivered. Then got in touch with customer services to see where it was and I got told that it was out of stock but the money had been debited out of my account. I had no email confirming this. Absolutely appalling. Now i need to wait another few days to get my no money back. Won't be shopping here ever again that's for sure!”
