“I placed an order on Lyst for a Lafayette dress. When I completed my order, I was charged an extra $30.00 for one year free shipping. I was not aware of checking a box for one year shipping. I only noticed this after checking out. I sent an email to Lyst and explain my problem. They contacted The Rue 365 and they have refunded my shipping fee. Excellent Customer Service. I would highly recommend them.”
