“I've really enjoyed ordering from Lyst. I ordered two pairs of boots and the actual order process was so quick and easy and I love that I got a confirmation email from the retailer themselves and Lyst - this is fabulous and really shows how thorough Lyst are. I then got an email from the retailer to say that my items have shipped and a date for when they will arrive and I'm really pleased with the fact that I can login to my Lyst account and see that my order was 'successful'. According to both Lyst and the retailer, my order will be coming early next week which is incredibly efficient and pleasing, especially considering that I believe my order is coming from Hong Kong AND I can track this from Hong Kong all the way to the UK. Overall, I am so pleased to have shopped with Lyst. I'm so excited for my items to arrive and I can't wait to shop with Lyst again - it's so handy to have all of my favourite designers in one place AND Lyst seems to have other items that places such as Net-a-Porter and Matches have sold out of! Please be assured that our engineers have now removed the unavailable size from our site and I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. I can confirm you have not been charged for this order.
As product restocking is at the retailer's discretion we are unfortunately unable to be more specific on future availability. However, If you click on the "+ Lyst It" button on the product page you will be alerted by email as soon as the shirt become available again.

After investigation I can confirm that shipping with this retailer takes 2-5 working days as displayed on your confirmation email and therefore your order will arrive with you by Friday at the latest.
Please be assured that a conformation email was sent to you on Saturday when you placed your order. We sent a further email yesterday to inform you that the retailer had accepted your order.
It is possible these emails have gone into your junk mail, please accept my sincere apologies if this is the case.
