“Terrible product sizing for athletes, customer service is basically non existent. Good luck if you try to arrange a refund, exchange or even to get your calls and messages responded to.”

“The custom duties and local taxes are a big turn-off for Canadian buyers, all your competitors (Rapha, Attaiquer,etc) have figured out how to sell in Canada without the outrageous custom duties. You can do better MAAP, and I hear you now have a Canadian owner so time is up. Otherwise love the brand and what I bought”

“I bought three items that two jerjey and socks. it was really nice material that make comfotable for me. forward I will buy only MAAP. Before, I love RAPHA but MAAP high performence indecate to me so I introduce my riding team and my coworkers who are love to ride bycicle. if you have a promotion Will you send a email for me and my team. because we will need team uniform. haha”

“The kit that I ordered is incredible every piece that I now own I love. However, the only thing that was a bit slow was the time to dispatch and deliver the items, I placed the order on the 9th (Tuesday) and the order was only dispatched the 15th (Following Monday). Not a huge deal but definitely could be better.”

“The quality of the kit is really nice, the training jersey sits flat on the belly and the bib is super comfortable. Only thing is I paid almost 50% of my order’s price in import fees…getting a warehouse in north america should be a no brainer in my opinion, I know plenty of people who don’t order from your website because the import fees are through the roof.”
