“I spent $1500.00 in new kit, I was a new customer so I didn’t know how it would fit so I ordered by MAAP’s size chart. It was the wrong size so I sent everything back and reordered everything in the correct size. It was worth the extra wait, it’s the best fitting kit I have ever purchased, the return process was flawless and I think I’ll be a customer for a long while.”

“every purchase is different. the service of mail order is labile; sometimes within 24/24h and others times, days pass before processing occurs. ask yourselves, why is it labile? the quality of jerseys fluctuates. this is really irritating ......... i cannot be bothered sending the goods back because the endless emails and patronising language of the replies is infuriating. i usually fix the garment myself. i loathe the fact some items are only available in store; frankly rude. the socks fit is labile as well (i always buy the biggest size). i cannot understand why some socks fit so comfortably and others, you need to wrestle to put them on because the elasticity quotient is grossly deficient. and then they feel so tight. you make kit that i adore. i love the palettes offered. the duds fit like magic. pick your line of service standard and stick to it. be consistent.”

“The Oxford Street store is beautiful it felt great to be in Ben (hope I remembered his name!) was really great with kit selection and made great coffee. On the same day I visited Rapha, there store was not as lux. The quality garments wasn't as good and despite being a long time club member and having a coffee machine they never offered.”

“Ordering of the garment was easy however there was long period from when the order was placed to when I was advised of delivery. I bought an xxl jersey using the size chart and it was tiny. I ended up given to my very small wife who’s 5ft. Very very disappointed with product.”
