“I always enjoy my MAAP experiences. This was a purchase of a LITP top for me, and a gift for a friend, a tour guide for a Spanish riding trip. The top is brilliant. Our friend, who resides in the Spanish Pyrenees loved his Mel clubhouse top and knicks. We actually have some super cool photos, taken by a friend who's a professional photographer that we'd love to send you.”

“I've placed 15 orders with MAAP so far and spent well over AUD $5,000 on their gear, which probably says more than any review could. The quality, fit, and attention to detail are consistently outstanding, from jerseys and bibs to socks and accessories. MAAP manages to combine premium performance with great design, making their kit something I genuinely look forward to wearing on every ride. While it's not the cheapest cycling apparel on the market, the comfort, durability, and style have kept me coming back order after order. Easily one of my favourite cycling brands and my first choice whenever I need new kit. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Overall, I’ve had a good experience with MAAP. Products arrived quickly, and I really like the brand’s style and fashion-forward designs. However, I feel that the quality and practicality of some products are sacrificed slightly in favour of looks. The designs are great, but I would like to see more focus on durability and everyday functionality for off-bike clothing.”

“Ordering online is a good experience. Instore is different, if you have any concerns about an item you've purchased that may not have met your expectations the response is immediate skepticism and a cold demeanor. They seem to prefer to argue with you rather than listen to your concern. I've actually experience this twice in the Melbourne store. I feel it seems that they are doing you a favour rather than hearing feedback from a customer. And this from a customer that only wares and values MAAP kit.”

“had a fantastic experience with Will at MAAP. From the moment I walked in, he was extremely friendly and welcoming. He even went out of his way to make me a coffee, which was a great touch and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Will took all the time I needed and never made me feel rushed or pressured. His general knowledge and understanding were excellent, and he communicated everything clearly and professionally. He was easy to talk to, answered all my questions, and made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. The level of customer service was outstanding, and it's clear that Will genuinely cares about his customers. I'll definitely be back to see Will in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone visiting MAAP.”

“Products were getting better and better, but the order process and delivery time would still too long, as my latest order for example: ET290919276AU. Second, for the local delivery options, it would be better if I could choose the delivery time range or pick up from the local transition site, would be much flexible.”
