“I recently made an online order and it got missed. I can’t see how, poor ecommerce. It took me 3 emails and 2 non returned phone calls to get a response 2 weeks later, only to tell me that it was out of stock. I went to the Sydney store and bought the item, only to wear it once and it’s falling apart. Bad service, bad quality. It won’t stop me buying more kit ( I have thousands of dollars worth already purchased) but it has left a bad taste in my mouth.”

“The staff and community. Jackson found me out riding solo and saw I was from out of town. He then decided to take me on an impromptu tour of the best highlights nearby on a ride and said to drop by the shop the next day. I didn’t know it at the time but already planned to meet another friend for the 6am MAAP ride and loved it. Afterwards I showered, got in my “civies” and returned to scoop a whole complete kit. The kit is excellent but the community is what gives it sentimental value. Great work to your team and thanks for hiring and encouraging that environment. Cheers, Joe from San Diego.”

“i went two times, first to purchgase a helmet and second to buy a jersey. on both times occasions the staff where extremely nice and very helpful, nothing was a problem for them. i will be coming back and i will recommend it to friends that don't already know how good the products are.”

“There is no doubt I will start collecting more of your gear as I love it very much and want to support my local Melbourne brand. Obviously the pro and the more serious riders benefit a lot from the skintight gear. Being 65 and recently buying myself an 8000 dollar gravel bike and plan on discovering all the wonderful Trails and coffee shops Melbourne has to offer especially when I retire next year. I do have a question and not sure if it's worth tapping into the older generation by offering a range of slightly more loose fitting casual comfy riding gear? We aren't all compatitive riders. I come from dutch parents and stand at 188 cm tall. I am solid and tall (like a footy player. hehe) and when I so dearly want to buy some of ur tops I am not sure if it will even work. Your compatitive tops have a very high cuts and not sure its works. I am also thinking about the countless other riders that are more heavy and big around the waste. I would be wonderful to see a lower cut and slightly more baggy top with your amazing colours. Anyway sorry for the rant. Just a little thought.
