“The heat transfers on my Hong Kong MAAP Lab bib shorts have started to peel off after two rides. Martina offered to replace them. Excellent customer service.”

“I went instore to purchase some new kit, staff were very helpful as usual. I am a female and mentioned that I often find the base layers/jerseys to be short in the torso. Moy solution is to buy male base layers however the cut of the jesrseys is more gender specific. Some feedbacki for your designers.”

“Your POS needs to be looked at. Now I only get a receipt, not a tax invoice. Had do some calls to get one. Still doesn't say tax invoice. Prices are certainly on the high end.”

“Quality is excellent as always, I like the designs and feel when wearing. The additional GST was not shown when ordering and I feel I got ripped off. MAAP indicates normal prices on the website, which are the same as in their shop in Singapore. However, when ordering online the 9% Singaporean GST is added, which is simply not OK!”

“I had a gillet that was only a few months old, that had some stitching they was starting to fray. I requested a replacement under warranty and a new gillet arrived in my letter box within 5 days.”

“I visited the store; however, I was advised by staff to shop online due to an extensive range available for women's cycling gear. Unfortunately, after purchasing the team evo bib in XXS due to the extra comfort in chamois to support frequent endurance riding, on first wear, it has bunched up in the crutch and been uncomfortable without enough support in the shoulders. Also, the colour bronze green is different in person than it is pictured online, which was disappointing. Love the brand but disappointed by this purchase, intended to be an investment for riding.”

“Sizing on this jersey runs very small. I have multiple other MAAP jerseys, all in XS, and laid flat this one in an XS was 2-3cm narrower across the torso on each side. Returned it, got a S which is about the same size as all my other XS jerseys bar the sleeves which are slightly looser at the wrist. Exchange process was excellent, couldn’t have been easier or more efficient.”
